Low Fat Blueberry Muffins1/4 cup non fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup 2 % milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tblsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberriescream yogurt, sugar, and egg, add milk and vanilla stir in flour, baking powder and salt, till lumpy gently stir in blueberries and put batter into pans
Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until done
