Low Fat Broccoli Salad4 cups cut up raw broccoli
2 cups red grapes
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)1 cup low fat mayonnaise (miracle whip if you have it)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
pinch paprikaput broccoli, grapes, nuts, and raisins in a large bowl
mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and paprika until very smooth
pour over the veggie mixture, cover and refrigerate for
at least 1 hour then serveif you prefer you may substitute premade (low fat) coleslaw dressing for the homemade dressing
