Steamed Vegetable Platter12 string beans trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cobs corn husked and cut in 1/2
2 small yellow squash cut into 1/2 inch rounds
2 small zuccini cut into 1/2 inch rounds
2 cups broccoli florets(dressing)
6 cloves skinned, minced garlic
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
(mix together well and let sit until the vegetables are done)bring a pot of water to boiling (steamer) then in the steamer, add the carrots, beans, and cauliflower...cover and cook for 4 minutes, then add all the rest of the vegetables cover and cook for 3 more minutes
place the cooked vegetables on a platter
pour dressing over the vegetables and serve
