Low Fat Chunky Vegetable Salad

2 cups cut broccoli
2 cups cut cauliflower
2 cups sliced carrots
2 cups sliced celery
1 cup diced red pepper (optional)
1 cup diced yellow pepper (optional)
1 small bottle (lowfat) or (nofat) golden Italian salad dressing

mix all of the ingredients together
cover and refrigerate for at least
2 hours stirring occasionally
